This is the start of a new adventure...
For the last few years I have had it in my mind to create some type of holiday/teaching complex, maybe something along the lines of the holistic holidays that are inn craze right now.
I don't want to copy anyone though, I want my idea to be unique.
The various ideas that have been popping in and out of my mind recently seem to make financial sense, but who knows if I have the ability to turn them into reality.
I am not going to impart all my ideas to you right now for the simple fact that if they are bad ideas you will laugh at me, and if they are good ideas one of you treacherous whizz kids might steal it from me.
Yes, I admit the former is more than likely to be the more realistic outcome... but what the hell... let's see what happens.
I have purchased a 3.5 ton van, and loaded it with all my personal possessions, (mainly old furniture and some even older pc's).
After spending many hours perusing the internet I have selected a couple of properties that I am interested in, and now I am weeks away from heading out to look at them.
So the dream is ... move lock, stock, and barrel to Bulgaria, find a property, buy it, setup a business, and live happily ever after.
Wish me luck... as there are still a few hiccups to overcome.
Good luck with your search. It looks as if you have been about so hopefully nothing in BG will faze you. There are plenty of affordable properties begging to be brought back to life but choosing the right area is key.
